ACCOUNT DELETION

Request deletion of your DEERA account.

Complete this form using the mobile number connected to your account. You may also add your account email. DEERA may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

What will be deleted

Your customer login, profile, contact preferences and active sessions will be deleted. Other personal information that is no longer required to operate or protect the marketplace will also be deleted or de-identified.

What may be retained

Booking, payment, refund, dispute, fraud-prevention and audit records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, security or dispute-resolution purposes. Access to retained records is restricted, and they are deleted or de-identified when the retention reason ends.
