PROVIDER AGREEMENT
Simple terms for growing with DEERA.
Effective 21 August 2026 · ISACORE MINING BROKERS (PTY) LTD · 2025/280482/07
Platform commission
There is no monthly listing fee. DEERA waives its commission for the first 30 days after joining. Thereafter, DEERA retains 5% of each successfully paid booking. The provider bears the payment-processing cost unless DEERA agrees otherwise in writing.
Payments and banking
Customers pay the full price online after availability is confirmed. The provider receives its share through Paystack split settlement. For South African rand payments, Paystack’s standard automated payout schedule is normally two working days after a successful transaction. Weekends, public holidays, bank processing and the verification of a new or updated supplier subaccount can delay the first payout. DEERA does not hold supplier earnings for 30 days, and payout timing is controlled by Paystack rather than confirmation that a service has been completed. The provider must supply accurate identity, business and banking information for settlement. The provider remains responsible for losses caused by incorrect settlement details supplied by the provider.
Bookings and communication
Providers must keep prices and availability accurate, respond promptly, protect customer information and use DEERA for booking-related communication. Customer contact details may not be used for unrelated marketing without consent.
Cancellations and refunds
The provider accepts DEERA's cancellation and postponement policy. If an eligible refund is due after the supplier share has settled, the provider must reimburse the refundable share to DEERA promptly so it can be returned to the original customer payment method. If the provider cancels, the customer is entitled to a full refund or an agreed transfer, and DEERA will reverse any commission as required by the applicable refund rules. Reasonable non-recoverable costs for custom work may be considered only if disclosed in advance, accepted by the customer and substantiated.
Quality and conduct
The provider is responsible for service quality, required licences, safe delivery and lawful trading. Repeated cancellations, misleading listings, misuse of personal information or serious unresolved complaints may lead to lower visibility or suspension.
