Payments and use of DEERA.

DEERA is a marketplace operated by ISACORE MINING BROKERS (PTY) LTD. Providers remain responsible for delivering the services they list, while DEERA facilitates discovery, booking, communication and payment administration.

Bookings and payment choices

A provider must confirm availability before payment is requested. A customer may choose to pay a 20% booking deposit or 100% of the service price. Where only a deposit is paid, the balance is payable after the service in the manner shown for that booking.

Fees and settlements

DEERA retains a platform commission equal to 5% of the total successful booking value. Payment-processing costs are allocated to the provider unless a particular offer expressly states otherwise. Provider settlements are subject to successful identity, business and bank-account verification.

Cancellations, changes and refunds

Refunds and transferable credit are calculated under the cancellation and postponement policy. DEERA shows the customer the recorded payment, deductions and resulting refund or credit, and requires acceptance before submitting the change.

Marketplace responsibility

Providers must keep listings, pricing, availability and service information accurate. Customers must provide accurate booking information and use DEERA communications responsibly. DEERA may investigate disputes, suspend unsafe or misleading listings and retain records reasonably needed for legal, security and dispute-resolution purposes.
